 流亡與生根

風塵僕僕,原來,除了追尋,還有相遇……
西藏、印度、台灣 啟程、流浪、迷惘
在流離無邊的生活下,我們還是要一唱再唱
要不如何期盼明日的太陽
一個愛唱歌的西藏青年,為了追尋自身的文化和自由逃離家鄉
異鄉十年,換來有家歸不得的惆悵
直到與來自台灣的太太相遇、相愛、結婚、生子
開始了生命的另一篇章

 Program Synopsis

Travelling from afar, not only is seeking but also encountering expected.
In Tibet, India, and Taiwan, we depart, wander and wonder.
Rambling in a boundless world, we keep on singing.
Otherwise, how we should hope and pray for the first light tomorrow.
A Tibetan young man, who loves to sing, escaped from home to search for his own culture and freedom.
Spending decades in foreign lands, the young man has experienced nothing but a sense of lost, knowing that he has a home that he may never return to.
Meeting his Taiwanese wife, falling in love, getting married, and having children with her have turned a new chapter of his life.
Lhundup tsering shares this life story of home through images, songs and stories.

龍珠慈仁 | Lhundup tsering

十九歲時翻越雪山流亡到印度。2003年流亡印度時進入「阿克貝瑪西藏傳統歌舞團」開始了自己的音樂人生。在困難重重的流亡途中,他幾度掙扎是否要放棄音樂創作,所幸2006年由法國塔那卡組織贊助發行了第一張創作專輯「流亡的心」持續他的音樂夢想, 2009年在有限的資源下發行第二張創作專輯「雪域」。
2009年與台灣籍的太太蔡詠晴結婚,卻無法申請來台的簽證,經過兩人積極爭取以及民間團體的協助,終於能取得停留簽證來台,但僅能停留兩個月就得離境,此一處境直到2014年8月向行政院爭取到「藏人配偶申請居留辦法」後才改善。目前龍珠持外僑居留證在台灣花蓮生活。
龍珠堅持以純藏語言演唱,一個唱出民族靈魂聲音的民間歌手,流亡異地的生活經驗也豐富了他的創作視野,流亡藏人的處境、國家民族的未來和人權問題的思考,都在他的創作中,化為一句一句的彈唱,冀望能喚起人們的共鳴。

Lhundup tsering travelled through snowy mountain regions and escaped to India when he was nine-teen years old. In 2003, when he was in India, Lhundup had the fortune to join Akebema Tibetan Traditional Ensembles and began his music career. During his difficult time in exile, Lhundup has more than once considered to stop making music. Fortunately, French Thanaka Organization funded the publication of his debut album Heart of Exile (Kang chen pe lei wang) in 2006. The support kept his music dream alive, and in 2009, with limited resources, he issued his second album Snow Region (Khang jong).
In 2009, he married Taiwanese Tsai Yung-ching, but the visa application faced many difficulties. They actively communicate to the government, and with the assistance from civil bodies, eventually, Lhundup acquired a visitor visa, which allows him to stay in Taiwan for two months before being deported. The situation has never been improved until the Executive Yuen set forth the Regulations for Residency Application of Tibetan Spouse. Currently, Lhundup is an Alien Resident Visa holder living in Hualien Taiwan.
Lhundup insists in singing solely in Tibetan. He is a folk singer who reveals the spirit of his people, and his horizon has been broadened through the exile in foreign lands. The situation of Tibetans in exile, the future of the country and people, and the consideration of human rights have become lines of chanting in his creations, hoping to resonate with the public.

蔡詠晴 | Tsai Yung-ching

在劇場與電視、電影、紀錄片領域中工作多年,負責攝影、剪接、多媒體影像設計,多年來參與多位國內導演的電影、電視戲劇及紀錄影片的拍攝工作,曾連續三年受澳門民政總署文化中心邀請,至澳門參與澳門城市藝穗節影片製作。與流亡藏人龍珠慈仁結婚後開始為了一家團聚議題奔走。
自2005年開始流亡藏人的田野調查至今,透過紀錄流亡藏人的生活,了解傳統文化是如何的影響著他們,並也在過程中觀察流亡藏人當面臨在異鄉老去、死去,或是在聯姻混血、異國文化的衝擊下,西藏傳統文化是否會隨著無根的漂蕩,逐漸崩解?也企圖了解異地出生的年輕藏人,如何看待長者口中傳說般的故鄉與定義自己的「家」。2008年開始籌拍自己的第一部有關藏人流亡現況的紀錄長片《回家》。2009年秋天成了流亡藏人的眷屬後,從此「回家」的命題與自身有著切不開的關係。

Tsai has been working in fields of theatre, television and documentary for many years, and she is specialized in filming, cutting and multi-media image designing. Tsai has involved in the productions of movies, television dramas and documentaries with many Taiwanese directors, and for three consecutive years, she has been invited by the Cultural Center of Macao Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau to join the film production of Macau City Fringe Festival. After her marriage with the Tibetan in exile, Lhundup tsering, she began to actively engage in the issue of legitimate residency for Tibetans in exile, in order to reunite her family.
Since the field study of Tibetans in exile in 2005, she has documented the life of Tibetans in exile to understand how the traditions and cultures of Tibetan affect their lives. She also observes whether while Tibetans in exile facing aging, death, cross-cultural marriage and foreign cultures, the Tibetan traditional culture would gradually dissipate through the endless exile. Yung-ching shows a great interest in knowing how the young Tibetans born in foreign lands perceive the idea of home from their elders and how they define their own perceptions of home. In 2008, Yung-ching began to prepare for her first documentary related to Tibetans in exile, The Way Home. In 2009, after becoming a spouse of a Tibetan in exile, the issue of “homecoming” become intertwining with her life.
